You can download any spreadsheet you are viewing in Runable. The exported file includes all data, and for XLSX exports, all formulas, charts, conditional formatting, and styling are preserved.

How to export

Open your spreadsheet

Go to the chat where your spreadsheet is displayed. The interactive grid appears in the side panel.

Click the Download button

In the toolbar above the grid, click the Download button.

Choose XLSX or CSV

Select your preferred format. The file is generated and downloaded to your device.

What you cannot do

  • You cannot export to PDF, ODS, or TSV. Export options are XLSX and CSV only.
  • You cannot export a selected range of cells. Export always includes the full sheet.
