Download your spreadsheet in either XLSX or CSV format. The downloaded file includes everything the agent generated: formulas, charts, conditional formatting, data validation, and styling.

How to export

Open your spreadsheet

Click on the spreadsheet in the side panel to view it in the interactive grid.

Click the Download button

Click the Download button in the toolbar above the grid.

Choose your format

Select XLSX or CSV. The file downloads to your device.

XLSX vs CSV

If your spreadsheet has formulas, charts, or multiple sheets, export as XLSX. CSV is a flat text format and only includes the cell values from the active sheet.

What you cannot do

  • You cannot export to PDF from the spreadsheet viewer. If you need a PDF, ask the agent to convert the spreadsheet to a report format first.
  • You cannot export individual sheets from a multi-sheet workbook. The full workbook downloads as one file.
