Runable is the best way to work with AI, where you chat with an agent that can build websites, generate presentations, create images, produce videos, compose audio, write reports, and more. You describe what you need and the agent builds it.

No. You describe what you want in plain language. The agent writes the code, runs commands, and handles the technical work. You review the results and ask for changes.
What can I build with Runable?

Websites, presentations, reports, images, videos, audio (speech, music, podcasts), carousels, spreadsheets, and any combination of these. The agent can also search the web, analyze files, and automate multi-step workflows.
What AI models does Runable use?

Runable supports models from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), and xAI (Grok). In Agent Mode, you choose a tier (Lite, Pro, or Max). In Chat Mode, you pick a specific model.See Supported AI Models for the full list.
Can I use my own API keys?

No. Runable uses its own infrastructure to run AI models. You pay through Runable credits, not through your own API keys.

Yes. Runable has a mobile app for iOS (coming soon on the App Store) and Android (in beta testing). Some features (canvas editing, full artifact creation) are more limited on mobile compared to the web app.

Every AI operation uses credits. The cost depends on the model, resolution, duration, and complexity. Your credit balance resets each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.See Plans and Credits for full details.

Yes. The Free plan gives you limited access to multi-model chat. To use image generation, video, websites, and other features, you need a paid plan starting at $25/month.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-cycle?

You can buy additional credits at any time without waiting for your next billing cycle or changing your plan. Top-up credits are available from Settings > Billing.

Runable accepts all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, UPI, PayPal, and popular local payment options depending on your region. Payments are processed securely — Runable never stores your card details.

Runable does not offer refunds. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you keep full access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle — you are simply not charged again after that.If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for a failed operation), contact [email protected] and we will investigate.

Go to Settings > Billing > Plans and downgrade to the Free plan. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until then.

Yes. Invoices for every payment are available in Settings > Billing. If you need an invoice with specific details (company name, address, or tax ID such as GST or VAT), email [email protected] with the details and we will issue an updated invoice.
Content & Data

Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes. Content you create with Runable — websites, images, videos, audio, documents — is yours to use, including for commercial purposes, subject to our terms of service. You are responsible for making sure your use of the content (for example, likenesses of real people or third-party trademarks) complies with applicable laws.
What happens to my data?

Your chats, files, and generated content are stored in your account. Each chat runs in an isolated sandbox that only you can access. You can delete any chat at any time, which removes all associated data.

Yes. Every artifact type has an export option: PDF, PPTX, PNG, MP4, MP3, XLSX, CSV, and ZIP (for website source code). You can also deploy websites live with a public URL.

You can share individual chats with others via a public link or by email. Shared access is read-only. There are no team or organization accounts.
