No. You describe what you want in plain language. The agent writes the code, runs commands, and handles the technical work. You review the results and ask for changes.

Yes. The Free plan gives you limited access to multi-model chat. To use image generation, video, websites, and other features, you need a paid plan starting at $25/month.
Runable supports models from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), and xAI (Grok). In Agent Mode, you choose a tier (Lite, Pro, or Max). In Chat Mode, you pick a specific model.See Supported AI Models for the full list.
No. Runable uses its own infrastructure to run AI models. You pay through Runable credits, not through your own API keys.
Your chats, files, and generated content are stored in your account. Each chat runs in an isolated sandbox that only you can access. You can delete any chat at any time, which removes all associated data.
Yes. Every artifact type has an export option: PDF, PPTX, PNG, MP4, MP3, XLSX, CSV, and ZIP (for website source code). You can also deploy websites live with a public URL.
Yes. Runable has a mobile app for iOS and Android. Some features (canvas editing, full artifact creation) are more limited on mobile compared to the web app.
Go to Settings > Billing > Plans and downgrade to the Free plan. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until then.
If a generation fails, credits should not be deducted. If you see credits taken for a failed operation, contact us on Discord at https://discord.gg/pnWRHXznWf or email [email protected] and we will investigate.
You can share individual chats with others via a public link or by email. Shared access is read-only. There are no team or organization accounts.
