There are two ways to get the bot into a meeting.

Connect a calendar

Run Meet supports Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook, with read-only access to your events.

2

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook

Once connected, upcoming meetings with links appear on your Meet page and the bot auto-schedules for each one.

3

Toggle record or skip per meeting

Every meeting has a record/skip toggle, so a one-off “please don’t record this” takes one click. Auto-joining itself is a setting you can turn off if you’d rather opt meetings in individually.
The Join by Link button takes a Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or GoTo Meeting URL and sends a bot immediately. No calendar required. This is the escape hatch for the meeting someone spun up 30 seconds ago. The dialog validates as you type: paste a non-meeting URL and it tells you exactly which platforms work; paste a Meet link and it confirms “Google Meet detected” before you commit.
