The shared page is a chat, not a static document

Sharing is where we spent more time than we expected, because most tools get it slightly wrong. They either make your teammate sign up before they can read anything, or they hand over a static page of notes that nobody scrolls past the first paragraph of. We went with a single public link, and the page behind it is a chat. Whoever opens it sees the summary and the full transcript without signing in, and there’s a box at the bottom that says “Ask Runable about this meeting.” So when your client wants to know what was agreed on pricing, they don’t dig through forty minutes of transcript. They ask, and the answer comes from the meeting itself. They even get the same quick actions you have, like drafting the follow-up email or pulling out the action items.

Important details

  • Every person who opens the link gets their own separate conversation. Your client’s questions don’t show up in your notes, and two recipients never see each other’s chats.
  • With Auto-share enabled (see Quickstart), meeting participants get the notes emailed to them with a share link as soon as the summary is ready.
