There are 2 ways in which you can connect with a connector.

Before starting a new chat

  1. Click on Connectors.
  2. Search for the connector you want to connect.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. Follow the steps in the pop-up.
  5. You’ll see a confirmation once the connector is successfully connected.

During a chat

  1. The agent will automatically prompt you to connect the connector.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Follow the steps in the pop-up.
  4. You’ll see a confirmation once the connector is successfully connected.
