Steps

Open AI Slides in Runable

  • Navigate to the Presentations section from the main interface
  • Or browse presentation inspirations

Choose your slide count

  • 4–8 slides (Free & Plus)
  • 8–12 slides (Free & Plus) - Default
  • 12–16 slides (Plus only)
  • 16–20 slides (Plus only)
  • 20–24 slides (Plus only)

Select your source material

  • From prompt: Describe your presentation topic and key points
  • From PDF: Upload a PDF document to convert into slides
  • From link: Provide a URL to extract content from
  • From files: Upload reference materials (images, documents)

Provide presentation details

  • Enter your topic, target audience, and key messages
  • Specify the tone and style you want
  • Add any specific slides or sections you need

Click Generate

  • AI creates an outline with slide structure
  • Generates slides with professional layouts
  • Two format options:
    • Image format using Nano Banana Pro: AI-designed slides with complete visual design
    • HTML format: Template-based slides with structured layouts

Review and refine your slides

  • View Mode: Preview the slideshow
  • Edit Mode: Make changes to individual slides
  • Editing capabilities:
    • Add, update, remove, or reorder slides
    • Edit text content on any slide
    • Replace images (search or AI-generate new ones)
    • Update charts and data visualizations
    • Change slide layouts (13 layout types available)
  • Auto-save: Changes save automatically

Export and share

  • PPTX (PowerPoint): Download as native PowerPoint file
  • PDF: Export for printing or distribution
  • Google Slides: Export directly to Google Drive
  • Present in fullscreen mode or share the file
