Starting a new presentation

From the home page:
  1. Select the Presentations option
  2. Choose your preferred slide count (4-8, 8-12, 12-16, 16-20, or 20-24 slides)
  3. Pick your source type:
    • Prompt: Describe what you want to present
    • PDF: Upload a document to convert
    • Link: Paste a URL to extract content from
From chat:
  1. Open a new or existing chat
  2. Switch to presentation mode in the input area
  3. Configure your slide options and source material

Choosing slide layouts

It automatically selects from 13 professional layouts based on your content:
  • Title - Section dividers and opening slides
  • Title & Body - Standard content slides with heading and text
  • Split Content - Two-column layouts (50/50, 60/40, or 40/60)
  • Columns - Multi-column grids (2-4 columns) for lists or cards
  • Chart - Single data visualization (takes 70-80% of slide)
  • Multi-Chart - Multiple charts in a grid layout
  • Dashboard - KPI cards showing key metrics
  • Table - Structured data in rows and columns
  • Big Number - Single spotlight metric with context
  • Timeline - Chronological events or milestones
  • Full-Bleed - Edge-to-edge images or media
  • Appendix - References, citations, or footnotes
  • Accent - Branded highlight section with overlay
You can change layouts during editing by specifying the desired layout type.

Editing slides

Toggle Edit Mode to access editing tools: Individual slide edits:
  • Add slides: Insert new slides at any position
  • Update content: Modify text, change images, update data
  • Remove slides: Delete unnecessary slides
  • Reorder slides: Move slides to different positions
Content modifications:
  • Text editing: Click to edit any text element (minimum 24px font size maintained)
  • Image replacement:
    • Search for specific images (logos, products, people)
    • AI-generate new images for concepts or visuals
    • System preserves image size, position, and styling
  • Chart updates: Modify data, labels, and values while maintaining visual style
  • Layout changes: Switch between the 13 available layout types
AI-powered refinement:
  • Ask the AI to make specific changes: “Make slide 3 more visual” or “Add a chart to slide 5”
  • The AI preserves your design system while making updates
  • All edits maintain visual consistency across slides

Presenting your slides

View Mode provides a clean slideshow experience:
  • Navigate with Previous/Next buttons or keyboard arrows
  • Track progress with the slide counter (e.g., “3 / 12”)
  • Use thumbnail sidebar for quick navigation to any slide
  • Enter Fullscreen Mode for presenting
Presentation tips:
  • Review all slides in view mode before presenting
  • Test navigation to ensure smooth flow
  • Use fullscreen for professional presentation delivery

Exporting presentations

Click the Export button and choose your format: PPTX (PowerPoint)
  • Native Microsoft PowerPoint format
  • Editable in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides
  • Maintains all layouts, images, and formatting
  • Best for: Further editing or offline presentations
PDF
  • Fixed-layout portable document
  • Perfect for printing or email distribution
  • Preserves exact design and formatting
  • Best for: Sharing read-only versions or printing handouts
Google Slides
  • Exports directly to your Google Drive
  • Creates native Google Slides presentation
  • Returns shareable link instantly
  • Best for: Cloud collaboration and online sharing
